How do I place an order and what methods of payment do you accept?
Orders, requests, commissions, and any questions can be submitted to our current E-Mail address knjent@earthlink.net. A telephone number is also provided on the "Contact Us" page. Custom orders will require a deposit when the design is approved prior to fabrication. I accept Pay Pal, checks or money orders. THANK YOU

I strive to complete special orders in a 2 to 4 week period. Please keep in mind Holidays can create a backlog but will keep you informed if any delays occur. THANK YOU

Your satisfaction is most important to us! Simply return the item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of receipt and I will glady refund for the amount of the initial purchase to you. Unfortunately I do not refund or credit for shipping or the deposit in the case of custom orders. THANK YOU
